Capitalized terms within this Privacy Policy that are not defined have meanings as defined within the Terms of Service.

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this App, through its features, or through the Company’s Website, or make any purchases through the Website, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, or any screen name or user name you may use. Section 3 – Information We Collect and How We Collect It

When you download or use this App, the only information we will ask you to provide to us is your e-mail address. Furthermore, we may collect any information about you if you contact us via correspondence, including but not limited to, e-mail address, your name, your address, and any other information you choose to provide us.

The data we may collect from these third parties may include, but is not limited to, the following information: (i) e-mail address; (ii) credit card or debit card numbers; (iii) credit card or debit card expiration dates; (iv) credit card or debit card security codes; (v) names listed on any credit cards or debit cards; (vi) billing addresses, including zip codes; (vii) information pertaining to your Cash App account, if applicable; (viii) information pertaining to your Link account, if applicable; (ix) dates and times of transactions; (x) transaction amounts; (xi) tax identification numbers; (xii) and the IP address of your transaction.
These third parties may use tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use this app. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites, apps, and other online services websites. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content.
We do not control these third parties' tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.
Section 4 – How We Use Your Information
We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us to:
Provide you with the App and its contents, and any other information, products, or services that you request from us.
Carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including but not limited to billing and collection purposes.

The usage information we collect helps us to improve our App and to deliver a better and more personalized experience by enabling us to, amongst meeting other goals:

Optimize required resources for App functionality.
Proactively manage general working performance of the App and Website.
We may furthermore use the information we collect to contact you if we see an issue concerning your account, including but not limited to, any billing discrepancies, App authentication errors, or any other service-related errors for which the Company deems it necessary, in its sole discretion, to contact you.

To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it. For example, if you subscribe to the App using the wrong e-mail address, we may take that information and update our records to reflect the e-mail address you wish to use in connection with our App.

Section 6 – Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. This section describes the sole mechanisms we provide for you to control certain uses and disclosures of your information.
Tracking Technologies. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies or block the use of other tracking technologies, some parts of the Website may then be inaccessible or not function properly.
Promotion by the Company. If you do not want us to use your e-mail address to promote our own products or services, you can opt-out by selecting “unsubscribe” from any e-mail sent by the Company to you advertising our products.
We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. Section 7 – Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information
You may send us an e-mail at numberengine.math@gmail.com to request correction or deletion (in compliance with the [Terms of Service]) of any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your e-mail address except by also deleting your subscription, unless you also provide us with a new e-mail address to link to your subscription. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

Section 8 – Foreign and State-Specific Privacy Rights
Foreign and State consumer privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights regarding our use of their personal information.
For example, many states, including but not limited to, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia may provide (now or in the future) their state residents some combination of the following rights to:
Confirm whether we process their personal information.
Access and delete certain personal information.
Correct inaccuracies in their personal information, taking into account the information's nature processing purpose.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our App. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures included through the App.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT OUR PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES MAY NOT WORK AT ALL, AND WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY BREACHES, THEFT, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA OR PERSONAL INFORMATION.

Section 10 – Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, it is our policy to notify you by e-mail to the e-mail address associated with your subscription and/or through a notice on Number Engine’s Website.
